TRREB Rental Market Report.

The main highlights. Q4 2019 compared to Q4 2020:

Leased for all apartment, 86.3% increase to 12,584.
Total listed for all apartments, 131.6% increase to 33,280.

Average rent from Bachelor to 3-bedroom, decreased as much as -23.2% with Bachelor and as little as -4.5% with 3-bedroom.

Although the demand for rentals remains high, with 86.3% increase, clearly the supply is handily dominating with 131.6% increase. It's definitely a renter's market.

The main highlights. Q4 2019 compared to Q4 2020:

Increase of 64.5% in sales, totaling 7,180 sales.
Increase of 13.5% in average selling price to $929,699.
After big dip mid-March till end of May, multiple consecutive months of record sales.
