This one put everybody to the test! Our clients number one option by far, having two dogs, competing with seven other offers- which one of them was a similar profile to our clients, but without kids or dogs, etc. It keeps going.. long list!

The moral of the story is that our clients had given up and written off this property despite it being the one..

But we did not! We hunkered down and made it happen for our clients. It also helps when the listing agent is very receptive and great to work with 🙏
