🏠 Nicol St. Project Update

Progress isn’t always pretty — and right now, it’s definitely messy! 😅

⚡ Electrical work is underway to separate the panels.
🔧 Plumbing updates are also in progress.
👷 All electrical and plumbing work is being completed by licensed professionals, with LAX Investment Group overseeing and managing the project from start to finish.

Lots of opened walls, tools, dust, and construction chaos — but it’s all part of doing the work properly.

This stage may not look exciting yet, but these behind-the-scenes upgrades are what help create a safer, stronger, and better property.

One step at a time. The mess is temporary — the transformation is coming. 🔨✨
