KWRC Award Ceremony 2025. 🏅🇨🇦🇨🇴 This one hits different.

Not gonna lie, this has been a tough market. Slow at times, frustrating, a lot of ups and downs… deals falling apart, long days, and moments where you question everything.

So to be recognized for sales in a year like this, it honestly means a lot.

I’m just really grateful. Grateful for the people that trusted me to guide them through big decisions, especially when things weren’t easy or predictable.

I know I can do more, and I’m working on getting better every day. But this is a reminder for me that showing up consistently, even when you don’t feel like it, does pay off.

This one was a real team effort.

O & G trusted the strategy from the beginning. With three kids at home, keeping the house showing-ready wasn’t easy, so they even stayed in a hotel for a few days so we could keep the place clean and ready for buyers.

The result:

2 pre-emptive offers
25 groups through the open house on Sunday
5 offers on offer day

And by Monday… sold firm.

It’s honestly hard to put into words what this milestone means to me.

These past five years in real estate have been full of growth, lessons, and experiences that have shaped me both personally and professionally. This award means a lot, not because of the recognition itself, but because it reflects the trust my clients have placed in me, the support from my community, and the guidance from the people who believed in me… especially through a year like 2024, one of the toughest markets in the last decade.

To the leadership and coaching team at Keller Williams: thank you. Your mentorship, patience, and constant support over the years have truly made a difference.
