Had a fantastic day on-site inspecting this beautiful home alongside Bree Petch and her wonderful clients.

It’s easy to get swept away by a home with this much personality! That massive lilac bush in full bloom is an absolute head-turner, and the towering evergreens give the property a great, established feel. But while the clients were falling in love with the exterior, I was busy focusing on the structural and mechanical details that matter most. 🛠️🔍

We checked the roof, the plumbing, the attic...and yes, we can officially confirm the lake view is functioning perfectly. 🌊

Just another day at the office! This playground was this stunning Lake Country home, where we teamed up with Becky Hilbert to look past the gorgeous aesthetics and dive into the technical details for her clients.
