I hope everyone is having a great summer. It’s flying by way too quickly!

We’ve been working hard at The Grime Team, so I decided to take a week off and enjoy some quality time with family at a cottage up north. And wow… how does a cottage week fly by so fast?
We were on Day 5, and I swear it felt like we had just arrived! Then suddenly, it was the last night. 😢

If you’re lucky enough to have some cottage time this summer, enjoy every minute of it! Soak it all in because, before you know it, it’s back to reality and back to work.

Enjoy these last few weeks of summer, everyone!

Happy Monday, everybody! It’s Dave with my Coffee Thoughts!

We’re officially in the heart of BBQ season, and I have a question…

Are you a BBQ person or a smoker person?

I’ve got both, and honestly, I’m torn! I LOVE the smoker for brisket, ribs and all those low-and-slow favourites. I’ve got a brisket going this week that’ll take about 12 hours of smoking… plus resting time.

But let’s be honest—you can’t smoke a hot dog or hamburger!
Sometimes you just need that good old BBQ.

So I’m calling it 50/50. I need them both!
