Unpopular opinion:
Most agents aren’t losing because of bad leads.
They’re losing because of what they do after they get them.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
You call once… maybe twice…
no answer → and you move on.
Then you say:
“these leads are junk.”
No.
The leads aren’t the problem.
The follow-up is.
If you’re not consistently working every lead you paid for,
you’re not running a business- you’re just buying names.
Before you spend another dollar on lead generation, answer this honestly:
Are you actually converting what you already have…
or just cycling through it and starting over?
Because top producers aren’t winning with more leads.
They’re winning because they do what most agents won’t:
They follow up until it converts.
