Most agents aren’t losing because of bad leads.
They’re losing because of what they do after they get them.

You call once… maybe twice…

No.

Most agents can tell you how many leads they generated last month.

Far fewer can tell you how many they've followed up with this week.

The truth is, opportunities are rarely lost because of a bad presentation.

They're lost because:

the follow-up stopped
the system failed
the lead was forgotten

After 30+ years in real estate, here's one thing I've learned:

The market changes.
Technology changes.
Consumer behaviour changes.

But the fundamentals don't.

Relationships.
