Rony Rizk - Your Home Sold Guaranteed or We'll Buy it

From expired listing to SOLD!

After more than 100 days on the market with two other agents, Osama’s home still hadn’t sold.

We came in with a different approach — strategic marketing, increased exposure, and a plan designed to create demand.

The result? An offer in the first week and SOLD at 99% of asking price. 🎯

If your home didn’t sell the first time, it doesn’t necessarily mean there’s something wrong with the home. Sometimes, it just needs a different strategy.

“But you just open doors, right?” 😂

Finding the house is the fun part.

What most buyers don’t see is everything happening behind the scenes — pricing, strategy, negotiations, conditions, inspections, financing, deadlines and the unexpected problems that have a funny way of showing up right before closing. 😅

My job isn’t just to help you find a home.

It’s to help you navigate everything between “I love it” and “I got the keys.” 🔑🏡

📊 July 2026 Ottawa Market Update 📊

The numbers are in! Here’s how the Ottawa market moved last month:
28

Sales held steady compared to last year, while new listings dipped slightly — a sign that supply is starting to balance out with demand, even though overall inventory is still sitting above recent historical norms.

To all the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, father figures, and mentors who help turn a house into a home—today is for you.

Thank you for the early mornings, late nights, life lessons, backyard games, home projects, and countless sacrifices made for the people you love.

Home isn’t just about four walls and a roof. It’s about the memories created inside it, and fathers play a huge role in building those memories every day.

Wishing all the incredible dads in our community a relaxing and well-deserved Father’s Day.
