Years ago, I had the privilege of helping my client buy his first year. Fast forward a few years, when he and his lovely wife were looking for their forever home, he reached out again.

That, honestly, is one of the greatest compliments I can receive. I'm always incredibly grateful for the clients who trust me not just with one move, but with the next chapter too. Being part of these big moments in people's lives is something I never take for granted.

When choosing a home, we often talk about price, bedrooms, schools and neighbourhoods but there's another factor that can have a huge impact on your everyday life: the commute.

And the right commute isn't the same for everyone. For one person, 45 minutes in the car/transit might be perfectly manageable. For another, it could mean missing dinner, spending less time with family or simply feeling drained at the end of the day.

That's why we encourage our clients to think beyond the house and consider how the location fits their actual life.
