Two years ago, we met these wonderful clients at a Doobie Brothers concert in Kingston.

A conversation about music somehow turned into a conversation about real estate, and they mentioned they’d be looking for a home one day.

Fast forward through emotional offers, inspection surprises (country homes always keep you on your toes 😉), and a whole lot of patience... today, we handed them the keys.

Helping people buy a home isn’t just about finding the right property. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, and being there through every high and low until the right one comes along.

Congratulations on your beautiful country home in Beckwith. We can’t wait to see the memories you create on those two acres. 🤍

The most important part of a home search often isn’t inside the house.

Every street has its own personality. Some feel peaceful and tucked away. Others feel energetic and connected. Neither is better. They’re simply different, and the right fit depends on how you want to live.

One thing we always encourage buyers to do is slow down. Walk the street. Visit at different times of day. Notice the parks, the trees, the people, the sounds, and the little details that don’t show up in listing photos.

The house is where you live. The neighbourhood is how you live.

One of our favourite hidden gems in Ottawa’s Centretown… Hugo Taco 🌮

Delicious and authentic food and drink options right off of Bank St. It can get busy around dinner time so make sure to go early/late if you’re in a rush!
