We love when clients come back to us. 🤍

These clients trusted us with their home once before, so when it was time for the next move, they called us again.

The condo market can be a competitive one for sellers, with plenty of choice for buyers. So we knew the strategy mattered.

We priced it intentionally, brought the home to life with staging and marketed it to stand out from the competition.

In fact, once we had it staged, our clients joked that they didn’t want to leave anymore. 😂

And then the buyers started coming through.

One of our favourite hidden gems in Ottawa’s Centretown… Hugo Taco 🌮

Delicious and authentic food and drink options right off of Bank St. It can get busy around dinner time so make sure to go early/late if you’re in a rush!
