Village Millcraft Apartments We offer one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms in two different models each. All of our units on the second and third floor have balconies. Pets are welcome.

Village Millcraft Apartments is a quaint community of 18 three-storey walk-up buildings nestled in the east end of Ottawa, tucked away from the bustle of main roads in a park-like setting with mature landscaping and wonderful trees. Model A 1-bedroom: available on all three floors, these one-bedrooms have an open concept kitchenette-living room. Model B 1-bedroom: available only on the ground floo

r, has a cozy eat-in kitchen with a large on-suite storage closet. Model C 2-bedroom: available on all floors, these units have spacious eat-in kitchens, a large on-suite storage closet, a grand master bedroom and a modest second bedroom. Model D 2-bedroom: available on the second and third floor, these units have two equal sized bedrooms, and the balcony attached to one bedroom. It also has a large eat-in kitchen with a back door leading directly to the side stairwell. The monthly rental rates for all units include heat and hot water, self-defrosting fridge and stove.. Hydro is extra, ranging on average from $25 to $40 per month, depending on the size of the unit. All windows and balconies were placed in the last five years. Our laundry rooms are located on the ground floor of each building and they are a card system, and each building is secured by its own security key and intercom entry system. We have a 24-hour emergency support line, on-site maintenance staff and more! We require apartment insurance of all of our tenants and a criminal background check.

Sending out an EARLY Reminder ~
~We know it is Summer Time, and we are all feeling the Vacation Vibes ~ But August is just around the corner, which means... It will be time to pay rent.. AGAIN 😆🤣.
Just a friendly reminder for all our tenants who pay via Tenantpay, August 1st is a Holiday, therefore, you need to ensure your payment is made no later then July 30th, 2026 to be received on time.
If you pay by cash, please remember our Office will not only be CLOSED on Saturday August 1st, 2026 but due to the LONG Holiday Weekend, we will also be CLOSED the Monday, August 3rd, 2026. In order for your Cash rent to be considered, "On time" it must be paid in our office, on or before July 31st, 2026.
As always, Cheques & Money orders can be placed in the Rental Drop slot (at the rear of 358 McArthur Avenue), over the long weekend. All monies in the drop box when we open at 9am Tuesday August 4th, 2026 will be considered on time!

Now... Go out and ENJOY the last of Summer!! Have a Safe & Happy Long weekend (July 31, 2026-August 3rd, 2026).
