Congratulations to my Mom!

Selling a home that holds so many years of memories is an interesting exercise in separating the practical from the sentimental. Somewhere between the paperwork, decisions and inevitable family negotiations are memories of summer days by the pool, Halloween and holiday visits, lazy afternoon naps and countless little moments that made this house such a special part of our family story.

The process certainly taught me a few things along the way and added yet another unexpected skill to the resume. 🥸

It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to a place that has been such a familiar part of our lives. But there’s something wonderful about knowing that a new chapter will begin within these walls with first time homebuyers, with new stories to tell and memories yet to be made. ✨🏡🍂

To think 3 weeks ago we didn’t even know we were moving 🥸

This one feels a little full circle.

Ten years ago, I helped some wonderful clients sell and buy. A whole decade later, when someone they cared about needed a Realtor they still thought of me.

How lucky am I?

That referral turned into one of the quickest “get to know you” experiences! One visit and bidding in multiple, strategizing and pulling out all the stops to get things rolling.
