Ottawa Real Estate: September Market Update 🍂

Ottawa's fall market got off to a slower start than expected this September. Here's what you need to know:

📉 Sales were down 6.6% from last September and almost unchanged from August.

🏡 New listings came onto the market at their usual seasonal pace.

📊 Inventory rose to 4.8 months, the highest it's been in 10 years.

💰 Most sellers are holding firm on price. The average sale price was down just 1.0% from last year and basically flat from August.
