🏡 Ottawa’s housing market continues to show strength, with home prices remaining steady according to the June statistics released by the Ottawa Real Estate Board.

While Sellers are seeing prices hold firm, they are also adjusting to a market that has slowed. The number of sales in June 2026 was down 5% compared to last June, and homes are taking a little longer to sell as Buyers take more time to make decisions.

The positive news? Stable pricing, particularly for single-family homes, should give Buyers the confidence to move forward and make a move.
