Well, well… another home sold in . This past year I have assisted a few buyers with their home purchase in Kelowna. Why? Because the values and inventory are more appetizing for certain property types, more so than in the South Okanagan.

I am really pleased with this home purchase. Sold to an incredible couple that I’ve worked with for 2 years. They were actually the ones who inspired me to venture out into Kelowna more frequently. I’m happy that I did. For those relocating to the Okanagan in general, both Kelowna and Penticton are fantastic yet very different options.
