Another set of keys handed over to a new homeowner. Look at this charming house. Absolutely adorable and deceivingly spacious for a character home. Meticulously renovated, my buyer was able to move right in.

The K-Streets in is still achieving high price points for homes that have been updated. At this point in time, renovating is quite costly, so buying a home that is already remodelled is better value for the dollar. Consider this when you are purchasing your next home.
