Introducing the first renderings of our proposed Bayview rental development.

Set in Toronto’s Bridle Path–Sunnybrook–York Mills area, near the Granite Club and Sunnybrook Park, the concept brings contemporary design to an established neighbourhood. We’re exploring approximately 30 rental homes, including family-sized suites, with architecture designed to complement the surrounding community.

We’re excited to share how this project is taking shape.
Renderings and unit count are conceptual and subject to planning and municipal approvals.

The project will make better use of the site and add much-needed rental housing to the city.
