Most people think my job is filled with custom builds, boujee cottages, or perfectly manicured estates.
But the reality is, that’s not where the best deals always happen.
The ones that have sat, forgotten, infested, and most definitely neglected are where some of my clients truly shine. It’s not for the faint or heart, or those with a weak stomach. The smell of some of these places as down right made me puke.
Minus that smell, finding these bad boys and watching them get brought back to life has to be one of my favourite parts of the job.
