SOLD ❤️ Look at those smiles ❤️

We all started as friends working in the restaurant industry !
As we all grew up and into our new careers and lives, it meant I could help these two sweet souls buy their first condo in Wellington. Fast forward it was time to move onward and upward into a detached home, so we made a game plane to list and search all at once. Successfully the condo sold with the first viewing and we found this little Gem that so many had overlooked. It then took a lot of hard work from all three agents involved and we successfully lined it all up so everyone could move on & into a new chapter.

These moments helping unbelievable humans makes every hard day worth it.

I’m grateful for you both and your trust in me on this journey.

Tammy Noyes - C21 it’s been a minute since we have worked together but what a dream team! Thank you 🙏🏼 for everything you did.

This market is full of opportunities especially for first time buyers.

Overdue post ⚡️⚡️⚡️new house⚡️⚡️⚡️
This little GEM of a woman made the decision to move closer to her beautiful family and granddaughter. Happily this is what I do best, help folks relocate and bring family together. This one was very close to my heart 💜 as I absolutely love this entire family/friends. The joy it brings my heart when everyone gets to be together. Moving to one of the most beautiful places in Ontario makes it an easy decision for many.

Big thank you to Sandra Smith we make deals stress free and smooth, appreciate you. 🌈

These amazing characters are absolutely the most beautiful addition to the community 💀🎪❤️ I can’t wait for everyone to meet Karl & Lesley ! They now own a stunning home downtown Picton & I can’t wait to watch the magic unfold. The art scene just got way cooler!

Giant Thank you to Miranda Miller it really takes a village to pull some of these together and it’s is always such a darn pleasure to work with you.

Please join me in welcoming Melissa Ella Warren 🎉 This post is very overdue ⚡️

A year into her real estate career, Melissa already brings the kind of care and hustle that makes a great agent and I’m excited to be mentoring her as she continues to grow as an independent agent. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell in Prince Edward County, Melissa would love to help. Welcome aboard, Melissa!

This is where my heart lives. ❤️ almost 40 years of friendship, tears, heartbreak, drama, love, loss, unconditional support. With one in Australia 🇦🇺 this moment of togetherness is more challenging but we always make it happen. These women show up and have my entire life and I know how lucky I am for these moments in time. Thank you for a friendship like no other.
