SEPTEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Vancouver Island’s housing market continued to show signs of a buyer’s market in September, with buyers benefiting from plenty of choice. While sales were down year-over-year, benchmark prices remained relatively steady across most markets, and competitively priced homes continue to attract buyers.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• September sales were 13% lower year-over-year.
• Active listings were 4% higher than last September.
• The benchmark price for a single-family home was $777,300.
