Happy Birthday to this beauty of a friend! Emily, life simply wouldn’t be as fun without you - when I think back to all the moments we have shared I always laugh. Time goes by way too quickly when we are together.

Let’s be honest, it’s a tough market given the uncertain times but there are still buyers out there. Navigating this kind of market often requires the three P’s: preparation, perseverance and patience.

Happy Father’s Day to all those amazing dads out there and to those with dad duties, that stepped in even if they don’t have the biological title.

Missing my dad and today I made sure to garden, a love we both shared. I wore one of my dad’s shirts and worked away in the veggie gardens, with memories of him making me smile.

This photo was taken on the last trip I made to Portugal before he passed away a few months later.
