Everyone feels like there are more listings right now.
More choice, less pressure, not as competitive.

But this is only part of the story.

What we’re seeing is a wave of projects from previous years finally completing —
a short-term increase in supply.

At the same time, very few new projects have started recently.

So the setup is actually pretty clear:
more supply now, but less coming later.

The market feels looser today,
