Specializing in renovations, foreclosures, and supporting investors to get their best deal! I have had an interest in real estate for a considerable amount of my life beginning with renovations that were done as a family. My family would buy a property and we would all contribute to completing the renovations for a family member or to sell. We all learned the different jobs on site to add to our knowledge base. As I grew up and moved on, I got tired of managing other businesses for other people I finally moved into the real estate field for myself after trying to buy a house and realizing that I had more knowledge than the realtor that I had hired. I continue to elevate my knowledge base with continued classes throughout my career on everything from contract law, tenancies, strata and every other aspect of real estate to keep myself and my clients informed. I have special knowledge for renovations and have continued this into my career. When I am not doing real estate I am active in the community. I have a number of charities that I support such as Angel flight program which fly children with serious illnesses from outlying areas of the province to Vancouver for treatments. This cuts down the families travel time extensively so that they can focus on their children's needs. Families of abuse society is another charity that I have become active in due to the lack of family assistance and understanding of abuse inside the home. I am modern woman and support mothers and their children's safety. Finally, I am a large supporter of rescue pets. Having a number of my own rescues over the years I help many organizations to find love and homes for dogs without homes. We all need to realize that without kindness we are all lost. I am ambitious and kind and live my life this way on purpose. I am good listener and communicator which is the most important factor in any business. I understand that some public opinion is that realtors are not worth their value...let me prove them wrong. Thank you for your time.
