Looking to do a move in the Spring? Here's 5 reasons why the Spring and Real Estate go hand in hand:
1. Better weather
Now the sun is coming out, the greenery is starting to flourish. Better weather is the easiest way to enhance the picture quality of your home that could also feature trees, as well as park spaces nearby. Interior shots will also have an optimal amount of light. And nothing beats visiting a property during a Spring sunny day

Preparing your taxes can be a yearly dreaded chore. As for , it definitely has its benefits. For those looking to get into the market, one of the most popular time frames that people get their prequalification done is after tax season, especially for those who are going into new and better jobs and higher pay raises, this reflects a change in their pre-qualification, and usually for the better. This means that there are a lot of motivated buyers coming on to the market to look for a new home.
