The one rule I refuse to break as a real estate agent?
Never treat people like transactions.
Most clients won’t remember the square footage, the listing presentation, or even the negotiation numbers years later.
But they will remember how you made them feel during one of the biggest decisions of their life.
Buying or selling a home is emotional.
There’s excitement, stress, uncertainty, pressure, and sometimes even fear hidden behind those signatures.
That’s why trust matters more than tactics.
I’d rather lose a deal than push someone into the wrong decision.
I’d rather be honest about a bad investment than close quickly for a commission.
Because in real estate, reputation compounds faster than marketing ever will.
And the agents who last the longest are usually the ones who protect relationships more than sales numbers.
