Having graduated from Niagara College myself, this was such a full-circle and exciting opportunity for me. It was so much fun getting to share a little about my journey into real estate, what the industry looks like, and some of the things I’ve learned along the way.

Episode 71 of “Have You Met Your Neighbour?”

Sometimes, you have to play tourist in your own city, and this experience was absolutely worth it.

This is the Falls Fireworks Cruise, where you get up close to the illuminated Niagara Falls and enjoy a front-row seat to an amazing fireworks shows.

My mom is a huge fireworks fan, so there was no question about who my plus-one was going to be.

Hosted by , this 40-minute evening cruise takes you right to the base of the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls, with light mist, incredible views, and a fireworks finale that makes the whole experience unforgettable.

A new development is coming to Fonthill.

Construction is underway at Summersides Retirement Residence - a brand new upscale retirement community coming in 2027.

The project is set to bring a fresh approach to retirement living with independent living, assisted living and memory care all in one community.

Phase one will include:
127 independent living suites
12 assisted living units
27 memory care units

The goal? Helping seniors age in place while staying connected to the same community as their needs evolve.

Future phases will introduce additional apartment style residences with acess to the same community amenities and services.

Think gourmet dining with a 24/7 wellness team and amenities such aa a yoga studio, indoor pool, gym, golf simulator, spa and library and more.
