A house sitting on the market for 60 days can create an immediate reaction from buyers:

If someone tells you Niagara is a buyer’s market, they’re only telling you half the story.

The July numbers are a great example.

Overall, Niagara is sitting in balanced territory with roughly five months of inventory. But that regional number hides some very different things happening underneath it.

Niagara-on-the-Lake saw sales rise significantly year over year.

Lincoln had fewer sales, yet the average sale price was higher.

That’s why looking at Niagara as one market can be misleading.
