Raccoons can cause major damage to a home if they get inside. They commonly enter through attics, soffits, roof vents, chimneys, or crawlspaces and can create expensive repairs in a short amount of time.
Common raccoon damage includes:
Torn shingles, soffits, and fascia
Damaged insulation contaminated with urine and f***s
Chewed electrical wiring creating fire hazards
Destroyed ductwork and v***r barriers
Wood framing damage from nesting and scratching
