1️⃣ Curb Appeal - the first thing a buyer sees when driving past the property or viewing the listing.
Keep it clean, well-maintained, and add landscaping, exterior paint, or new siding.
2️⃣ Neutral Paint Colours - buyers often have a hard time envisioning themselves in a space. Neutral colours help them imagine their own style of decor & furniture in a space without worrying about painting beforehand. It also looks clean and well-kept, covering up scuffs & marks.
3️⃣ Flooring - if the flooring is worn out, smells, or needs to be updated to this decade of home decor - it’s worth the investment! Many buyers don’t want to go through the hassle or expense of replacing flooring and the goal is to make your property appealing to the most amount of buyers to maximize value.
