🤝 We make a point of having regular team meetings with our business partners and here’s why:

Bring on 2024!

✨ 🥂 HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🥂 ✨

As we reflect on 2023 we are filled with gratitude for all the opportunities to learn and grow this past year. We’ve come to understand the importance of acknowledging and even celebrating all of our wins - the small ones just as much as the big ones. It helps us to maintain positive forward momentum, especially as we face challenges and hurdles.

2023 was a big year for us in our Real Estate Investing business as we gained traction and established a foundation for big and amazing things in 2024!
We did some private lending, raised private capital for our own projects, acquired land in Lakeland to build short term rentals, acquired property in Saskatoon to rezone and develop into a multi family building, and most importantly, formed a new corporation with incredible partners.
We celebrate Prairie 4 Developments most of all as it is centred around relationships, with an intention of creating meaning through legacy. And that ois what it is all about for us - People and Purpose ❤️

We want to thank each and every one of you who have been along for the journey so far!

In the planning stages of building new multifamily housing, we have a blank slate to work with and so we are considering many angles to help meet the needs of our community in addition to helping address the National Housing Crisis.
It came to our attention that there is a big gap in our housing market for Accessible housing to accommodate individuals living with disabilities.

The folks with The Ability Hub very generously gave time and expertise to consult on specific needs for the community experiencing disability - thank you. We were even able to speak with someone who has firsthand experience and could provide very concrete challenges she and her partner face in their day-to-day lives. It was fascinating and informative and we feel honoured to be part of the conversation! We were also humbled and are aware of our privilege that we haven’t had to consider these needs. It’s something we will not take for granted and a community we hope to serve in the future!

Merger Alert!

👋 We would like to introduce ourselves! We are Prairie4 Developments - a dynamic duo made up of Angie & Andrew Wiebe and Brent & Nicole Bosker. 🤩
We want to share how we met in hopes of inspiring others to embrace risks for sweet rewards.

Even though we all reside in Saskatoon, our paths didn’t cross here. We initially met online in our virtual REI community when Brent slid into our DMs in early 2021 after spotting one of our posts. Despite our resistance to be on camera, we made a video about a property we were BRRRing, which Brent recognized as one he’d also offered on. That sparked a conversation, and we stayed connected throughout the year, finally meeting in person at the end of 2021.

Brent recently told us that he felt awkward and intimidated reaching out that first time but we really appreciate that he did!📱
We’re also thankful that we took the risk and put ourselves out there on social media as Brent would never have seen us otherwise.
The reward? We’ve created a beautiful synergy, which has blossomed into a partnership that allows us to make a positive impact on our community! ❤️

We have taken the dive into an exciting and meaningful Legacy project which has also levelled up our learning, experience, and growth.
We’re looking forward to sharing the details in the coming months, so stay tuned!! 👀

It was awesome to catch up with Wiebe YXE Properties at Christopher Lake during a busy summer and took care of some business at the same time ☕️
After our first set back on our new project we did what REI do best. We pivot and keep moving forward! 🏠💪🏻
