Back in 1995, when mom first started her career in real estate, she worked with the current owners of this home to help them purchase this well cared-for home in Dundonald. At that time, I was little more than a twinkle in my mother’s eye - it would only be a few short months before I would be brought into this world. This was before cell phones, computerized transaction management software and online marketing were in widespread use. Knowing what the job is like today, it’s hard for to me to think the job could’ve been easy for a soon-to-be first-time mom. That’s something for which I will forever admire, when the child she was about to have was me 😂

Fast forward nearly 30 years, and the time came for the current owners to move on. The owner called mom to help them market their home. Little did they know, that little baby bump that was there on the day they got their keys, grew up to be a partner in my mom’s real estate business. And that I would be helping them out with the process of selling.
