This afternoon we hosted our Annual Trades and Supplier Appreciation Lunch and got to celebrate the incredible people that makes Edgewater what it is. We were also joined by the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association who delivered a safety presentation to keep our teams sharp and up to date on the latest safety protocols. A huge thank you to everyone who came out today. None of what we build is possible without each and every one of you! Proud to host this event in support of our 2026 charity partner Haven Kids’ House havenkidshouse .

The area near the front of a newly built home is prone to settling after excavation. To combat this, we water spike the ground and install custom brackets anchored into the garage footing so your walkway never slumps over time. Details like this are just another example of how Edgewater goes above and beyond to build your home to a higher standard!
