What’s the first thing I do when someone says, “I want to buy, but I honestly have no idea where to start”?

Good. That’s my favorite kind of starting point.

The best clients aren’t the ones who show up with a color-coded spreadsheet and a pre-approved ego. They’re the ones brave enough to say, “I don’t know.” That’s useful. Honest beats polished every time.

How I work is simple: I don’t start by pushing houses. I start by sorting the mess. Budget, timing, must-haves, deal-breakers, financing, neighborhoods, monthly comfort level, and what “ready” actually means for you. Usually I’m helping people separate real priorities from internet noise and HGTV-induced delusion.

My job isn’t to act impressed that you’re ready to buy. My job is to help you get clear enough to buy smart.

If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s not a red flag. That’s the beginning.
