This deal had some bumps along the way. We got outbid on another property, sat through negotiations that went absolutely nowhere, and there were moments where it would have been easy to walk away.
But my client never flinched. His attitude throughout the whole process was incredible.

When we finally found the right place — a homestead on acreage in a gorgeous area — I went to work negotiating and we got it done. That's the job.

I’ve been having a lot more thoughtful conversations with people about real estate lately.

Things aren’t moving at the same intense pace, and that gives people something we haven’t had much of in a while, which is time. Time to think, to ask questions, and to make decisions that feel right instead of rushed.

A more balanced market doesn’t mean you need to act quickly. If anything, it means you can slow down a bit. You can take your time walking through homes, comparing options, and really thinking about what you want instead of just reacting to what’s available.

I don’t believe in pushing people into big decisions, especially when it comes to something as important as where you live. My role is to help you understand your options, talk through the what ifs, and be there as a steady presence while you figure out what makes the most sense for you.
