Learn more about proposed changes to Spruce Groveโs Land Use Bylaw and provide your feedback at a public open house.
The proposed adjustments would introduce a new residential zoning district for apartment buildings and other high-density residential dwellings, provide clarity about what types of future housing can be developed in existing residential districts, and restrict future secondary suite developments on properties on collector roads to reduce traffic and on-street parking impacts.
