Want to take a peek behind the curtain of real estate? Here are a few of my (brutally honest) bummers from the past year, plus. For every win you see posted, there are about 5 other things that didn’t go according to plan - but I can honestly say I’ve learned the most through those hard days! 🌻

What a perfect starter home for my first time buyer clients!! They reached out to me months ago with plans to relocate from Saskatchewan back to Edmonton, and it’s so rewarding to see everything come together. Incredibly proud of my buyers who worked so hard to get this done, and I wish you many happy years here as you start this new chapter!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

📣📣The July stats are IN for the Greater Edmonton Area: Decreased sales, softening prices, longer days on market, and ample inventory… Spring fervor is gone, and a slower summer market is upon us!

Not all stories are created equal, but in the end, patience and trust won out 🙌🏻 Things quickly shifted after we entered the market… With a noticeable increase in inventory, buyers are becoming more choosy, and strategy for sellers matters. We chose to be patient, ride the waves, and wait for the right buyer to come along, and they did!! So proud of my sellers for all their hard work and perseverance 💕
