Like many folks in St. John's, SMART and I often take a jaunt to the harbour to see the newly arrived cruise ship! There has been quite a few in the past few years. Here we are visiting the most recent! Grab a few "snaps' and hope that the tourists are enjoying the weather, the sightseeing, the local shops and the cuisine so much that they'll want to come back...perhaps even to buy a house and make our Province their home!

And the Ruby on the Road Series journeys on...A visit to Harbour Grace is always pleasing! A nice way to start the Labour Day Weekend. Driving past some homes that I have helped clients purchase over the years is a “feel good” experience for sure! And stopping to see the old SS Kyle in the harbour never grows tired. So lovely to see the signage, colourful chairs and the gazebo along the shoreline, making the view even sweeter by blending the old and the new into a wonderful tourist attraction. Attached is a snapshot version of the STATS for the St. John’s Metro Market for July 2026. It may seem late but it takes to mid-month for the results to be tabulated and presented.
