You find the perfect home.
Asking price: $449,900
Your offer: $465,000
The seller is expecting multiple offers and asks that all offers state that the house is being sold 'as is'.
You really want the house, but your gut is telling you to get a home inspection.
Would you go ahead without an inspection condition?
In a competitive market, buyers can sometimes feel pressure to make their offer as appealing as possible. But removing a condition can come with real consequences.
Before deciding what to include or leave out of an offer, make sure you understand what you're agreeing to and what risks you're taking on.
Would you do this deal?
