I am not a morning person whatsoever.

I will do what I can though to go help my colleagues when needed!

We took a tour around 2 acreage properties which were lovely in their own ways. Beautiful and peaceful areas to live.

National truth and reconciliation day🧡

Otherwise known as orange shirt day.

This is the day where we recognize the those who were part of the Indian Residential School System.

Learning about this growing up was very saddening, those who passed, those who had trauma forever. The kids, spouses, grandparents, everyone who was affected.

Today is for you🧡

Never a dull moment!

Just when you think everything is going good, your car says no!

What a windy day to be hosting an open house! So glad we had such a kind lady stop by and take a tour!

Day in a life!

7 showings happened this day.

Can you count how many times I said September?

This one means a lot to me.

I got these clients back in November of 2025, they weren’t ready yet and decided to keep renting.

Well I got in touch with them in July and then the hunt begun. We toured 29 properties together which is my highest count of showing per client so far. We wrote 2 offers, got into multiples twice. , lost both.

Then we found this one, went into multiples for the 3rd time and won! It took us from the showing to an accepted offer all in 4 hours!

Super happy for this incredibly young couple finding their first home!!
