RESCHEDULED: Lakewood Phase 2A Asphalt Repairs Aecon Transportation West Ltd. (AECON) will be completing surface works construction on Lakewood Meadows Phase 2A. Please pay attention to all signage and be mindful of heavy equipment.

Asphalt paving is scheduled for October 6, 2026, on Lakewood Circle, Lakewood Way, and Lakewood Drive. Asphalt paving is scheduled for October 7, 2026, on Lakewood Circle and Lakewood Point. Please note that asphalt oil is applied to the surface prior to paving.

If required to drive over fresh oil, please do so slowly to avoid any transfer of oil onto your vehicle. Please do not drive over fresh oil and onto your parking pad or into your garage, as Aecon will not be responsible for removing oil transferred onto private property. No Street Parking bans will be applied to facilitate the work.

Please obey No Parking signs when deployed to avoid vehicle towing at owners’ expense. Please ensure your vehicles are not parked on the street the night before the dates above. If they are parked in the driveway, they will not be able to leave until Aecon’s traffic closure is removed.
