Sometimes in real estate clients need a push, and sometimes, all they need is just a little patience. 7341 Minster Drive S is SOLD!!!! This was the ultimate exercise in patience, along with a renewed focus to keep an eye on the prize. I am so happy for my client! The goal from the start was sell her home and move her to the island. The market continues to be very slow, and our experience with her listing was no different. After busy open houses that didn’t result in offers, along with a couple of minor price reductions, we decided that it was time for patience. Several times throughout the process it seemed like an impossible dream, but sometimes with a little patience, belief, and a stunning house, the impossible becomes possible. Our patience paid off, and by holding fast her sale beat the market in her neighborhood by a large amount. Our journey together towards this move started nearly 10 years ago, had a little bump in the middle, and has finally come to fruition now and I am so grateful on your trust throughout the entire process, and the small part I was able to play in making your island dream come true. I LOVE baseball! Always have. One of my true joys is seeing our three boys playing and loving baseball as much as Jessica Nelson and I do. This was Scotty’s longest home run at provincials this year. Only three home runs got hit on the big diamond during the tournament, and the other two were pulled to left. The center field fence is 220 feet, and where this one went out a little left of center was probably 230 feet. The fence is 20 feet high, and the ball landed on the far side of the street and bounced deep into a farmers field. The game this week had me thinking about and wanting to post about baseball. Whenever the boys ask me to “have a catch” the answer is always yes.
