February Market Update | South Surrey & White Rock 📊🏡

The February numbers are in, and overall, the South Surrey / White Rock market continues to feel more balanced, more selective, and more strategy-driven than the fast-paced markets we’ve seen in past years.

For buyers, this market may offer something especially valuable: more choice and a little more breathing room. With more inventory available across detached homes, townhomes, and apartments, there may be more opportunity to compare options, think long-term, and negotiate with confidence.

For sellers, homes are still selling, but buyers are paying close attention. In today’s market, pricing, presentation, and property-specific strategy matter more than ever. What works for a detached home may not be the best approach for a townhouse or condo.

The takeaway?

This isn’t a rush market, it’s a strategy market.

And that can create opportunities on both sides when you understand how to navigate it.
