MARKET STATS ARE IN! 📈

Sales in the Fraser Valley picked up again in October, showing a bit more confidence returning to the market. Prices are still soft and inventory remains high — giving buyers more room to move and great opportunities to explore.

We saw sales up 17% from September, while listings eased slightly but stayed higher than this time last year. With an 11% sales-to-active ratio, we’re still firmly in a buyer’s market — and it’s a great time to strategize your next move.
