July 2026 Mississauga Market Update 📊

The Mississauga market continues to shift, with buyers and sellers navigating a market that offers more choice and requires a thoughtful approach.

Average prices were $899,002, down 9.7% year over year, while 500 properties sold, an 8.8% decrease.

New listings also declined 14.8%, with 1,388 properties coming to market. At the same time, homes are taking slightly longer to sell, with the average days on market now at 32, up 3.2% year over year.

For buyers, this can mean more opportunity to negotiate and take the time to make the right decision. For sellers, pricing and strategy remain especially important.

July 2026 GTA Market Update 📊

Let's take a step back and look at what's happening across the GTA.

The numbers continue to show a market where buyers and sellers are taking a more measured approach.

The average price was $1,003,956, down 4.5% year over year, while 5,995 properties sold, a modest 0.9% decrease.

New listings were down 17.8%, with 14,484 properties coming to market. At the same time, the average days on market increased 6.7% to 32 days.

There are opportunities in this market, but strategy matters. Whether you're buying, selling, or simply trying to understand where the market is heading, having the right information can make all the difference.
