🌍 FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation and GDX - Global Data Exchange Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Advance Global Real Estate Connectivity

At the FIABCI World Congress in Vienna, FIABCI – International Real Estate Federation and the Global Data Exchange (GDX) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) focused on advancing international collaboration, interoperability based on Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) global protocols, education, innovation, and industry engagement.
The MOU was signed by Antonio Campagnoli, World president of FIABCI, Narek Arakelyan, Secretary-General of FIABCI, and Moath Maqbol, Vice President of GDX, representing a shared commitment to a more connected and transparent global real estate ecosystem.

By bringing together FIABCI's international network and GDX's vision for standards-based real estate connectivity, both organizations aim to explore initiatives that support cross-border collaboration, industry education, certification frameworks, and greater global alignment.

GDX President, Merri Jo Cowen stated:

“Partnering with FIABCI is an important step forward in GDX’s vision of creating a more connected global real estate ecosystem. As one of the world’s most respected and influential real estate organizations, FIABCI brings tremendous credibility and international perspective to this collaboration as we work to promote trusted data exchange, transparency, and cooperation across global markets. The signing ceremony was attended by FIABCI and GDX leadership, including Antonio Campagnoli, Narek Arakelyan, Moath Maqbol, John DiMichele of Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, Natalie Ghazaley Head of Partnerships at GDX, and Alex Escudero, GDX Ambassador in Latin America, Lily Chang FIABCI World President Elect,Roula Sabouni of FIABCI Emirates and and other industry leaders committed to shaping the future of global real estate.
