Real estate can be loud.

The calls, the showings, the walkthroughs, the offers, the deadlines, the constant feeling that there is always something else you could be doing.

But this is the life I’m actually building all of that around. 🤍

Time with my kids.
Time at home.
Time to slow down.
And apparently, a very important post walkthrough appointment for cuddles and belly scratches. 😂

I love what I do, and I care deeply about my clients. But I also think success should leave room for a life you actually get to enjoy.

So yes, I’ll do the walkthrough, answer the call and obsess over the details.

And then I’m going home to play with my 9 month puppy that’s about as tall as me 😜

An offer in the first 24 hours sounds like the perfect outcome.

Except sometimes, the first offer isn’t actually the win.

Very quickly, I had concerns that this deal wasn’t going to come together, so I was honest with my sellers and kept working the property instead of assuming we were done.

We continued marketing and showing, and by the next day I already had another interested buyer in the wings.
When the first deal eventually fell apart, we had a new offer on the table within hours, with no conditions.

Good representation isn’t just about getting the offer.

It’s about seeing what might be coming next and making sure your client is ready for it.

A couple of things we do every week to make life feel a little less chaotic. 🤍

Between real estate, school, sports, appointments, kids activities, meals, laundry, dogs and everything else that somehow finds its way onto the calendar, our weeks can get FULL.

Sunday is our main reset. We look at the week ahead, loosely plan meals around our schedule, reset the fridge, grocery shop, prep a few snacks and breakfast items, get the laundry put away, reset the kids’ spaces and update the family calendar. Nothing complicated, just enough to make Monday feel a little lighter.

Then we rely on simple routines throughout the week: the kids getting themselves ready for school, unpacking properly when they get home, and everyone doing a quick house reset before bedtime.

Is our house perfectly organized all week? Absolutely not. 😂 These little systems just save us from unnecessary chaos and give us more time for the things that actually matter.

Some client stories just stick with you. 🤍

These first time buyers came to their first showing with both sets of parents, and honestly, I loved it.

My parents came to showings with me too, so I get it.

This is a huge decision, and everyone in that room wanted the same thing: what was best for them.

We offered on three homes and were outbid each time by just a little.

But I never saw them truly light up until this one.

It checked almost every box, both families loved it, and of course... we ended up in competition.

Before submitting, I called the listing agent, told him about my clients, and explained that they were already pre approved and serious buyers.

He knew me, trusted how I work, and that relationship mattered.

They chose our offer. 🤍

We just did one of our walkthroughs, everyone is so excited, and I couldn’t be happier that they’re happy.

People doing less than the bare minimum might actually be one of my biggest pet peeves 😅

For three days, I’ve been trying to get something incredibly simple handled for a client.

It somehow involved four different people, multiple conversations, way too much back and forth… and in the end?

I did it myself.

And this is the part of real estate most people never see.

A lot of the frustrating calls, follow ups, chasing, problem solving, and “why is this so difficult?” moments happen completely in the background.

My clients usually don’t hear about any of it until I can say:

“It’s handled.”

Because that’s the job.

Protect their time.
Protect their stress levels.
Solve the problem.

Then fill them in once there’s actually something worth talking about.

Even if internally I’ve gone from morning affirmations to 90s gangster rap by 10:30am. 😂
