This month, we’re proud to highlight Eloisa Portillo, whose six-year journey with Rhapsody has been defined by service, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping people grow.
As one of the key forces behind our systems and training programs, Eloisa’s role is as dynamic as it is impactful. Her days often begin with reviewing alerts across a dozen platforms, prioritizing urgent requests, and troubleshooting everything from simple access issues to complex systems challenges. But her work extends far beyond problem-solving—Eloisa also leads both scheduled and on-the-fly training sessions, supporting team members across the portfolio and empowering them to build confidence in the tools they use every day.
What many people don’t know is that Eloisa’s career didn’t start in property management at all. With a background in Hospitality Management and a love for culinary arts, she discovered an unexpected connection between her passions and the world of operations and training. That curiosity also led her to learn four languages—fuelled by her desire to understand recipes and techniques in their original form.
When asked about her favourite part of the job, Eloisa shared that it’s the balance between systems and people. Every ticket feels like a puzzle, while every training session offers an opportunity to connect, teach, and support. Navigating those two worlds—with humour, patience, and empathy—is what makes her work deeply fulfilling.
