With 3 bedrooms, a finished basement, and Wynten Park right behind it, this one had plenty of space for a family. And it’s no surprise it sold so quickly!

We especially liked the deck and backyard when we were photographing this one. Definitely one of our favourite spots on the property. 📸

A beautifully renovated 3-storey home in Yonge & St. Clair with a gorgeous open-concept main floor, custom kitchen, landscaped backyard and two decks.

The primary suite takes up the entire third floor, with its own ensuite, walk-in closet and private deck overlooking the greenery. 🌿

That top-floor retreat was definitely one of our favourite parts to capture 🎥
