I have built this Palace Place brand for over 30+ years.

I was here when the first owners moved in. I have lived here, sold here, and fought for this building. I have been instrumental in making it the standard other waterfront towers still try to match. It is a reputation I have earned the hard way, through unrivalled construction and refinements, meticulous attention to every detail, management that has never cut corners, and gold standards that I have pioneered.

I spend my time on the things that actually matter. As a full-time single father, I worry about my daughter, my son, and just getting by. As the President of Palace Place, I worry about a foolish and self-inflicted trade war that will make costs for all condos skyrocket.

I burn hours hunting for real savings for the building and making sure good work gets done.

Last night, I got a complaint about this. One loose carpet string.
