Our construction team has completed the exterior cladding, featuring sleek brickwork and warm wood soffit detailing, along with the window and door installations. Inside, the suite is now taking shape with interior finishes underway.

Which exterior would you choose – 1, 2 or 3? 🏡

Presenting our Bartlett Garden Suite. This 1,230 square-foot, 2-storey garden suite features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a design focused on making the most of a compact footprint.

We explored two distinct exterior directions, each using a different material palette to give the suite its own architectural character while maintaining a clean, modern look.

The federal government has enhanced the HST New Housing Rebate, giving eligible homeowners the opportunity to recover up to $100,000 in HST on a laneway or garden suite. To be eligible, construction must begin before April of 2027.

Throwback to our Harvie Family ! This thoughtfully designed 970 sq. ft., two storey home features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a bright open concept layout that makes every square foot count.

Bay windows bring in plenty of natural light while creating views to both the laneway and rear yard. Finished with a two tone cladding palette, the design adds warmth, character, and a modern presence to the laneway. 🏡
