JULY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Greater Toronto Area housing market became more competitive in July as new listings declined more sharply than sales. With buyers competing for a larger share of available homes, market conditions continued to tighten, which could help support greater price stability in the months ahead.

Here's a little breakdown:

• Home sales were 0.9% lower than a year ago.
• There were 17.8% fewer homes listed than last July.
• The average price for all home types was $1,003,956.
