I have had the very good fortune to work with professional, efficient, and considerate agents this year.

For every deal of course you need a buyer and a seller, but you also need a buyers agent and a sellers agent that worked hard for their clients, negotiate to make the deal come together, and know how to work well with the other agent.

It is easy for a deal to fall apart when you have one of those elements missing.

In this interesting real estate market, the best agents will thrive. They will be hard-working, diligent, professional, and yes, friendly to the other agent in order to further their clients best interests.
